We purchased this property in February of 2021

The property needed some serious cleaning up. .

We had to clear a lot of the property and tear down a mobile home and have it hauled away.

There was a 2 1/2 acre crawfish pond on the property that had not been farmed for years. There were trees growing in the levees and in the pond itself.

We cleared trees and brush and wound up reducing the crawfish pond to 3/4 of an acre and dug a fish pond after having the soil tested by Louisiana Testing and determining that it would be able to be used for our house pad. Dennis Halphen was gracious enough to come out of retirement and do the dirtwork for us.
